Evolve meaning:

To develop gradually.

To evolve mentally, physically & spiritually requires a willingness to step out of one’s comfort zone, confront and overcome obstacles, and continuously learn and adapt

What is counselling and how can it help?

Counselling is a talking therapy.

It is a private space which enables you to express yourself freely, explore issues & discover solutions to your problems.

It is an empowering experience that could change your life.

It is a personal development journey that helps change unhealthy thought & behaviour patterns into healthier ones, which will enable you to feel happier.

It helps develop better relationships with yourself & others in your life.

Counselling can help with issues such as:

  • Addiction
  • Anger Management
  • Abuse
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Body image issues
  • Depression
  • Domestic Violence
  • Eating Disorders
  • Family Conflict
  • Men’s Issues

  • Relationship Issues
  • School Issues
  • Self Esteem
  • Self-Harming
